The most consistent source of money over the years has been the May Court Shop. We offer gently used quality clothing for the entire family. Clothing is either consigned or donated. Member volunteers staff the shop and take great pride and enjoyment in creating attractive mannequin displays.

The Nutrition Program
|
Hard as it is to believe, child hunger is a very real problem in our schools. May Court purchases and distributes nutritious snack foods to area schools where it is given to children who have not received breakfast or perhaps lunch. A May Court committee runs this program, members deliver the food to the schools and teachers monitor the need. We are currently servicing over 85 London schools.
May Court Marketplace and Café

Held in November, our annual holiday sale is one of our major fundraisers. Our Artisan, Knitting and Sewing groups work from January through to sale day to produce unique articles. We ask that all our members get involved in some way with this project, be it on committees or in workshops.

Sibling Program
![]() |
This May Court group offers a "Sibling Awareness" program for 3 to 6 year olds, whose mother is expecting a second child. Parents and children visit a birthing room and a new mother and baby at Victoria Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre on Commissioners Road.
Children are taught about new babies and their impact on other members of the family through a puppet show, a story and "newborn" dolls. Each child receives a "Happy Birth Day" card to colour. This very enjoyable May Court Group offers the program monthly, usually on a Saturday morning.
